Description
A Rowantrees classic reintroduced in 2013, the Petal Cup was one of the few items manufactured by Rowantrees that was entirely hand-built (without use of a wheel). More than one person made the petal cups, and each had her own distinctive style. Now I present you with mine.
It took some research and guesswork to recreate this form since the tools that were originally used no longer exist in the Rowantrees collection. Interviews with former coworkers and family members of the original makers provided enough clues, however.
The Petal Cup is available in all colors and patterns except the Fish Pattern.
