If you wish to return an item, please read the following:
Contact me within thirty (30) days of purchase or delivery to make arrangements for exchange, credit or refund, and so that I can give you proper shipping address information.
I recommend that you ship your items via UPS or the US Postal Service. Please insure your shipment. Returned items must arrive at my shop intact and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please see my Terms and Conditions page for exceptions.
I strongly recommend that you get a receipt when you ship your item(s) back. With recent problems in the postal service, a receipt will protect you if the package gets lost. Many post offices – mostly in rural areas – do not scan a package when they receive it as they do not have the equipment. As a result, the package does not get properly tracked. Do not rely on tracking to prove anything. If you insure the package and it goes missing, you should file a claim (after 30 days).
Please include a copy of your invoice when returning items to ensure proper credit. I will process a refund, exchange, or store credit for all intact and sellable items. Should anything arrive at my shop broken, I will furnish you with a photograph and statement of value so that you can file an insurance claim with the carrier that you used.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Unless I sent you the wrong item or the wrong color (for example), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
